Effects of Unmanned Aerial Spray System Flight Altitude and Collector Height on Spray Deposition Measured Using a Food Dye Tracer

The use of unmanned aerial spray systems (UASS) has increased owing to their many advantages. However, studies related a standardized method evaluate the performance UASS are lacking. Therefore, in present study, quantitative analytical using food dye tracer was compared with image analysis method, and effects experimental conditions on deposition were assessed. Concordance between results analyses examined. coverage water-sensitive paper (WSP) Medley Velvet (MV) analysis. Moreover, flight altitude collector height amount effective width evaluated. showed significant correlation MV (R2 = 0.6782, p-level < 0.001). is different from that WSP.
